They should know that crypto arbitrage involves significant risk. Our clients understand and acknowledge that there are risks associated with investing in arbitrage trades. Our clients should carefully consider their financial situation and investment goals before investing in arbitrage trades.

Client Representations and Warranties Our clients represent and warrant that they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that they have obtained all necessary approvals and consents to do so. Our clients also represent and warrant that they have provided us with accurate and complete information about themselves and their financial situation.

Payment and Fees Our clients agree to pay us for our services in accordance with the payment schedule and fees set forth in our agreement. We may change our fees at any time by providing our clients with notice.

Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in our services and any materials we provide to our clients are owned by us or our licensors. Our clients may not use our intellectual property for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by us.

Limitation of Liability Our liability to our clients is limited to the number of fees paid by the client to us for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services or our clients' investment in arbitrage trades.

Upon signing this contract, you acknowledge our authority to terminate your contract at our discretion, for any reason unilaterally. Upon contract cancellation, customers agree they have no claim in the future concerning their account, including financial and moral losses. The company doesn't accept responsibility for canceled accounts in the future for any reason.

Our clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If our clients do not agree to these terms, they should not use our services.
